Little Crow Anglers 31st Annual Green Lake Walleye Tournament News Release

The Little Crow Anglers 31st Annual Green Lake Walleye Tournament was held on Sunday June 6th. Tournament headquarters was Saulsbury beach in Spicer, MN.

24 two man teams competing in the tournament caught a total of 72 walleyes with a total weight of 135 pounds. The majority of walleyes caught were released back into Green Lake. All walleyes that were not able to be released were donated to Let’s Go Fishing.

1st place - Dean & Justin Ryks with 6 fish weighing 15.95 pounds.

2nd place - Gregg Jones & Scott Zupher with 4 fish weighing 12.79 pounds.

3rd place - Dwight Ryks & Brian Olson with 6 fish weighing 10.27 pounds.

4th place - Dan Deisting & Peter Johnson with 6 fish weighing 10.25 pounds

5th place – Tim Servin & Dean Grachow with 4 fish weighing 9.98 pounds.

6th place – Kevin Fladeboe & Scott Swanson with 6 fish weighing 9.36 pounds.

Largest Walleye – Stephen Hall – 6.31 pounds

Trophies sponsored by Bremer Bank were awarded to the top 3 teams and for the largest walleye. Prize money was awarded to the top 6 teams.

The Little Crow Anglers would like to thank Bremer Bank and the rest of the tournament sponsors for making the Little Crow Anglers 31st Annual Green Lake Walleye Tournament a success. All proceeds from the tournament go towards the Little Crow Anglers charitable activities.
