Winter Jacket

Whats a good all around winter jacket that I could use for winter, snowboarding, ice fishing? Also are there any that are waterproof that could be used for spring fishing to keep me dry and warm? Any input would be appreciated. Thanks!

Here is an all around jacket or suit that will get the job done year round. It will also float you if you fall through the ice.

I have used my Arctic Armor Jacket in all seasons and in the rain and have been very happy with it. Warm, dry and light weight. Not to mention the suit will float you if you ever need it.

I dont know the jacket you speak of but Carhart are a good brand of course. Heavier but usually warm. If you can get a look at some Arctic Armor. Great stuff and it could save your life. Marine General in Dulth sells it as does the Outdoor Pro Store here on FM. They will also be all over at the St. paul Ice Show.

The mens Colombia "Bugaboo" parka may be a good fit for your needs? Waterprof, Zip-in-out liner, very warm and sharp looking system coat. Functional and is plenty snazzy enough to wear on the street as a day to day coat.
