You said it was real windy out .Maybe air leaks through out your house causes air to go into one room and push that air into both supply and return duct work to another room .....

Car is all over the road when Icy

Had same problem with wife's Tucson . Bought better tires stock tires were terrible in snow . I would get stuck in slight incline driveway. -
I stayed there few years ago in July. Caught small lakers. Caught all my lakers by public access.Which is on the other side of Loon Lake lodge.

When I was working for Heating and air company. They always said never cover them they just make a nice house for a mouse. AC units are made to be outside. Ya they make covers for them you can buy them at box stores .But why don't manufactures sell them !!!! How to stop mice is poison or a trap.

Cheap blue ones help your air flow. But they don't stop any dust. Pleated filters do restrict air flow. Maybe duct work is not enough returns or you are blocking them with furniture causing furnace to starve for air causing limit switch to trip
-
Dirty A coil could also mean your Ducts could be dirty also. How often do you replace furnace filter. 20 years is a good life for Furnace but if you don't have budget. Turn power off Take plenum off and clean it out vacuum it out use a spray bottle and spray Finns but be careful not to damage them .Make sure your drain pan isn't plugged also otherwise you will get water every where and could leak on your electric boards You can cut out the plenum and just retin the part you cutout looks crappy but gets you by till you need new. Also if you retin make sure you don't use to long of screws you could hit A coil and then have a leak

Well by the time someone reads all these post saying they won't do this... You could have taken the test and be done with it. Just a thought

If it freezes up its either low on refrigerant or air flow is restricted . Check furnace filter Pleated filters slow air flow some are better than others Check your return air in house maybe you move furniture in front of it Your A coil could be dirty causing air flow to be restricted. You say you have dual zones . This could also cause issue . Your trunk supply line for dual zones should have a air flow dump. This allows all the air in trunk line to go to zone shutoff's once it hit the zones if one is shut it should dump that air back into your return trunk. what ever your ac unit says for fuses I would use example 30 amp use it don't go bigger.

ROUNDUP If you find out who owns property ask him if you can cut them down. Renters don't care. I have a renter next to me and every week he puts his garbage can in front on my mail box. Mail man won't deliver my mail. I move it in front of his mail box if he has it out before i go to work. He then leaves garbage can out all week to lazy to bring back to his house. Walks out to driveway to throw his trash into it. Garbage bags on ground raccoon get into it I talked to him several times. He just doesn't have a clue.

Some people can't handle change very well at all....

Ya I don't know but I if your motor can use smartcraft gauges I would guess that would work for a troll down switch It takes a bit to get use to You have to be running at least 900 Rpms then you can start lowering your Rpms down 50 Rpms at a time all the way down to 650 My boat idles at 800 so at that I am about 2.7 mph at 650 I get down to 2.2 mph So is it worth maybe but it's cheaper than smartcraft gauges
-
Mercury Your dealer will have to look it up in his catalog.
-
I don't know if the smartcraft would fit your 2008. But I have a 2012 Mercury and bought a Troll down switch instead of the smartcraft gauges. Troll down switch was $150 and plugs right in with splitter wire harness. You then can get the rpms down to 650

I tried to take them apart full of road salt sprayed WD 40 into them but ended up throwing them away . I replaced them with new ones and bought little rubbers for handles so salt won't get int0 the key slots. never had problem since then. You can get the locks and rubber covers at Topper shops .

-
Trout26 Let me know what they say I have same motor But without any problems
-

I tried R&R I wanted a Rebel Sport with extras. They told me for more bang for buck go with a Impact. I told them I don't want the Impact. He replied and said We do not sell many Lund Rebels with the full windshield or the sport, most of our customers will go with the Lund Impact, with the rod storage and extra livewell the price point is so close and you get a lot more boat for your money Well If you want something they will try selling you something you don't want. Got a quote From AL's Rochester and was cheaper.

Charging TM batteries while its connected
sheephead2 replied to nater's question in Equipment-Expert Information*
I have a 3 bank charger 24v TM and one hooked up to starter battery.I thought I read you are suppose to unplug the TM before charging. Also my starter battery is hooked up to all my electronics and my TM battery's were charged before starter Battery. This is after about 8 hours. Weird because I ran about five miles WOT. So I shut off charger took off power cord to electronics plugged charger back on and Starter Battery was was on Full maintenance mode. So I just wired up a on off light switch that feeds my electronics thinking that there is a load always going to electronics even though they are not on. -
This can get real complicated but you could always buy a roll of 6inch insulated flex disconnect the 1st supply coming of your supply trunk line and switch it with the upstairs supply. Or cut out a new 6inch from the plenum and hard pipe it to the upstairs supply not an Idea situation but you would get more air flow .This is of course if you can have access to the trunk line. also you would have to cap off the old supply going up stairs. Or Buy a oil filled electric base board heater . They work great I used one when I was building my house while living at my parents old farm house.

Make sure your return air vents are not blocked by a any furniture. That will restrict air flow then slows down your circulation. Are your cold air returns up high or are they at floor level. Most cases the supply and returns are opposite of each other. If your supply is on outside wall it should have been insulated that way you would not loose your heat.I know it is hard to tell now since its enclosed.Take a thermometer and check each supply temp they should be very close to each other when furnace is running. The more bends in your supply line slows down your air flow. Example 1 90 degree elbow equals 5 feet straight .Here is another example Bedroom 2 supplies should be have 1 cold air return. Living room should have a double return.Maybe your house does not have enough returns causing your furnace to starve for air or furniture blocking returns very common.I did my own duct work in my house and put all returns up high so they would not get blocked with furniture or a door.I USE PLEATED FILTER and have no issues.I have talked to a lot of people saying there upstairs are cold winter and warm in summer.I tell them to try to adjust dampers in each room but do not close of so you will get more air upstairs.

Probably mad because you then would not buy there over price $40 a gallon oil

I never heard of a 3 stroke do you mean 3 cylinders also the 75 and 90 hp has the same gears bore and stroke they just DE tuned the 75hp $5000 just to go 3 to 4 mph faster !!!!! But a 4 stroke motor is very nice no smoke and starts and idles right away I sold my fish hawk 1650 90hp for $8500 this spring and then bought new boat Just a thought
-
Just for reference I had a 1650 with a Mercury 90 hp 2 stroke It went 40 mph on gps I now have a 90 4 stroke Mercury Alumacraft Navigator I can get 42 mph with me and 1/4 tank of gas fully loaded 39.4 mph I can troll down to 2.7 mph with my 4 stroke Mercury I also bought a troll down switch which lowers down 50 rpm at a time all the way down to 650 rpm which brings my boat to 2.2mph the older 2+2 would cut down from 4 cylinders to 2 when trolling slow speed and that was I believe the 115 hp
