Is there a metro area shop to pick up reel parts or is the factory mail order the way to go?

One can call Pure Fishing in Iowa. I believe they are located in Spirit lake. I sent a few reels in to be repaired there this spring so they should still be going there.

Rumor has it that they may be leaving that location.

I orderd some parts direct last year for 5500 LC's.. they came in a couple days..
