Macgyver55
Fuel pressure regulator! If you locate the regulator on the end of the fuel rail, you will find a small vacuum line connected to the regulator. Pull that line off and check for the presence of fuel. Any fuel at all on the vacuum side indicates a bad regulator.

givetoget
I thank you for your quik response, I went out and checked that, there was no fuel and plenty of vacum on the line, when i pulled it off it changed the idle speed. So i think that was working.Anything else ican look for. Thanks Again
Jeremy airjer W
Is this a cold start problem meaning it only does it after the vehicle is completely cooled off or can it happen anytime whether the vehicle is hot or cold? When was the last time the plugs where changed and if recently what kind of plugs where installed? In order to check the regulator you will need to pull of the vacuum hose Start the engine shut it off and wait. I have had them take as long as 15 to 20 minutes to show fuel out of the vacuum port on the regulator. You should try this with the vehicle cold and fully warmed up.
