What card would be compatible? Would any work? Looking for at least good shorelines and maybe some general contours for mainly mn and sd. Any experience would be appreciated. Can I use mapcreate with this unit? Why can u only use 5 cards with the mapcreate software? Again thanks in advance.

The LakeMaster chip would work provided that you have the latest software version installed. Some of the Navionics chips would work too. If you check out Navionics HSOforum it will have a list of which chips are compatable with the various units.

Map Create will work with that unit.

So you don't share your MapCreate Product with all your friends it's just a little protection for the them.

You can use 5 cards over and over again so it shouldn't be a problem for you.
