I think any time after the rivers drop back down would be ideal.. the channel cats are already biting now, I have heard a couple rumors on other species as of recent.

The only enemy right now is the current, way too much for small boats in many areas.

Maybe about a week after the opener might be an ideal time for a few people to get together, a formal huge gathering is not neccessary, but its fun if it can happen.

Count me in, any where from St. Peter to Highway 4 id be willing to make the drive. Only 6 weeks left of school, then im free whenever.
