Boar
I stoped by, but you were busy with cannabalism on your ham, ham head
Jim Almquist
The prime rib was great. Took my charcoal baskets and kept them together and put down the grate and seared both sides of the prime rib. Took off the grate and moved the baskets to the side and cooked with indirect heat. Put down a pan under the prime rib to catch the drippings. In the pan I made up some beef broth with some red wine and seasonings. I cooked to 125 and then let it rest while I cooked the broth down a bit. Should have taken pictures.
LindellProStaf
Mine turned out pretty good too. I waited for you guys Boar.... lol Well sort of. The leftovers we had sandwiches with today. RH1, we did use the Lipton Beefy Onion soup mix and it was awesome. We only used 3 cups of water instead of 4 to make it stronger and added a little soy sauce and worcestershire sauce. Absolutely tasty as heck. I will use it from now on.
