It has been a big year for our Chapter. The MN DNR ran short of fingerlings and the chapter had to buy 1200 fingerlings to make up the difference and complete our three year study of stocking fingerlings versus yearlings in Minnetonka, White Bear and Bald Eagle lakes. And we had to provide yearlings, as usual. So, including the tags, it cost $26,000 for this year's part of the project. And we put 300 fish in Lake Independence too. But, our Sportsman's Banquet and Tournament Fundraisers did well, and you participants made it happen. Come join us for a holiday party. Come early at 6 PM .We will have pulled pork sandwiches, cole slaw, beans cake etc at 6:30. Bring a wrapped gift to exchange. I"m giving a muske trivia quiz. Winner can take away stuff from my persona stash, like a Paul Hartman signature Lamiglass rod, or a Cities 97 Sampler or ? And we will have special guests. One will be Dr. Loren Miller who has completed two studies on Minnesota Muskie genetics, and will give a short explanation of his work.
