Question

So i went out fishing for opener(laker) and hit a bit of a snag...! While setting up i tore a huge hole along the seam in my otter lodge, i know they have excellent customer service but it sure is taking a long time to hear back. From your guys experience would they be willing to get me a new canvas or am i going to have to buy one? From all the good talks ive had with them in the past i would have thought they would have jumped on this and got me a new canvas by now... The thing is only like less than two years old and ive been very impressed lately with quality. Any help?

I know a lot of their people are at a trade show this week. Try them on Monday they should all be back by then. They will answer e-mails asap then Im sure. A call would be better than a e-mail because Im sure they will be playing catch up.
