Great StrikeMaster Auger Service

Great service deserves to be recognized. I took my 10 year old auger to StrikeMaster today to get the clutch repaired after it wouldn't drill any holes the last time out. This auger had a similar problem (which they fixed under warranty) when it was only two years old so I was a little frustrated. I'm not a pro ice fisherman and only drill 100 holes a year max.

Long story short: Cy and Jason (repair techs) were extremely friendly and cooperative and the production manager agreed to waive the repair bill when he learned it had been fixed once before. They ended up replacing the entire gearbox when it wouldn't perform quite right with a new clutch. In a Jiffy versus Strikemaster argument, my vote will always be for StrikeMaster. They know how to take care of their customers!

You can't beat the service at Strikemaster. Cy really knows his stuff and they also know who their friends are, thats us the customer. Glad you experiance was as good as mine has been. Bill
