Rigging Plastic Lizards

I've had some success with lizards in the past but have a devil of a time rigging them Texas style. Their body just seems too thin. Any ideas? I've been using 2/0 light wire worm hooks, don't recall the brand.

you should give mister twisters worm keeper hooks. they work alright. dont know if this would work or interest you but here is a link:

It helps to take the head off the liz. Puts the hook in the larger body section and gives a more life-like profile.
