The shadow behind him is transparent but the one around his crotch area where the tail shadow is located is pitch black. Was he standing on the moon?! I would guess to say by the 2 boxes and the bottle in the background that someone caught something small out there and had a great idea for a photoshop joke when they got home. I bet they are loving all of the attention that this fish picture is getting. If it was real, wouldn't someone take more than 1 photo and post many different angles with the fish and especially one with a tape measure or scale. Up goes the talk flag.
