Lake Oahe

I havn't been to the lake in a few years and am planning a trip possibly this summer. We usually have fished the mobridge area around July 4th. However quite going cause the fishing died. Ended up going down to the Pierre area. Anyways I was wondering how the fishing has been Lately. Is pierre still the place to go or somewhere else like Chamberlain, mobridge etc...

As a rule of thumb, the fishing is better in the lower resivoirs in the spring and then as summer progresses move up to oahe and mobridge and beyond.
