My buddy put 3 Warn 2000 winches on his Ice Castle LOW in place of the hand cranks. I help him set it down and take it back up 2 times and I thought it worked really well.

I have the electric jacks on my Ice Cabin and there a lot slower then the Warn winches on my buddy's house.

Theres is a tool where you can take your winch handle off and use a drill to raise and lower your shack I can't think of the name at the moment but My buddy bought one and seem to work pretty good They did have a ad in the Outdoor News this winter
