I am looking for info on Kansas hunting this fall. Just got access to 75 acres to hunt where no one else has or can hunt. Looking to head down this fall, but missed the lottery date. Do you know if they have over the counter tags for NR hunters? Looking to do it with a gun this time.

Leftover tags will go on sale after they issue. Call this (620) 672-5911 number, the girls there are usually very helpful. The 800 number is a licensing company and they suck.

The 2014 Non-resident draw has been completed; however, based on quota and draw stats, leftover permits go on sale July 1 at 12:00 AM.
