blue_healer_guy Posted March 14, 2011 Share Posted March 14, 2011 Just did a batch of sunnies and crappies, man were they good. Real easy and your wife will even let you cook them in the kitchen. Heres all I did. Lay fillets in 2 rows on a piece of tin foil about 2 ft long, (approx 30 total). Add 2-3 tbls butter,3 dashes of lemon juice, lemon/garlic salt, and parmesian cheese on top. Cover and wrap with another sheet of foil,10-12 min at 380 each side and enjoy. Probably not much better for you with all the butter, but a different taste and real easy.
