If I bring my HDS into Gander will they update it even if I didn't buy it there?

I don't have an SD card that I can use at the moment (wife has them), and need to stop there tomorrow anyways.

I called up and asked a guy at the Blaine store and he said did, so I went up there to find out they don't. I called the Forest Lake store and they said they don't as well. Ended up finding an SD card in a camera and was able to do it myself.
