PETA Names

I was having a conversation with some animal lovers at lunch yesterday and was trying to remember all of the funny names for PETA. The only one that I could remember was People Eating Tasty Animals. I remember reading the names on this site but have not been able to find the thread in the archives. Can anyone help me out in my quest to find the thread or just give me a few more examples...??? Thanks a lot.

Also, as a side question, does anyone do any shore fishing near the Ford Plant for walleyes in the fall. I'm at school and it's kind of a hassle to go home and get the boat. I need to go fishing!!! All these tests and papers are starting to stress me out. Any help would be great!

People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals.

Those "animal lovers" are the types who make dog-fights illegal - lowering the demand for ill-gotten hounds. Make it illegal to 'pack-hunt' for large game. Also lobby to prevent the import of exotic species for pets, which often get loose and screw up our fisheries.

I remind my Vegetarian friends that Sportspeople are some of the greatest conservationalists, and they can thank Teddy Roosevelt, an avid hunter, when they want to thank someone for no neon in the Grand Canyon, or no Motel 6 in Yosemite.
