Grayfox
We only have until the 15th of February to hunt fox in Wisconsin so Mitch and I headed out for a few more this morning. 1st set we were calling from an East/West road with a North wind. Mitch was watching a trail on the North side of the road where we've seen them come down before and I was a little SW of him covering the road to the West and the South side. Started our improvised caller(dropped my Foxpro on the road last weekend and it quit working so we sent it in for repair and the upgrade)out and 2 minutes in I see one standing on the edge of the brush. I pull up and take a quick shot and after a short trailing job we find the small female. We tried 3 more spots and saw one at the 3rd set but it wouldn't come in close enough for a shot and then had one buzz the 4th set and couldn't get it to come back out. Then someone forgot to charge the Ipod last night and the battery went dead so we called it a day.
