To buy a mobile home as a cabin...? huge decision, part 2

So...we made a return trip to view the cabin, pretty much to confirm we were ready to move forward with an offer. We again really liked what we saw, walked the whole property, checked it all out much more throughly. The only negative we found was that it was smaller than we thought, 20 X 40...it seemed bigger the first time around. Still, we were OK with that...the potential to add a sunroom area in the future intrigued us and would be something we could mostly do ourselves in no particular hurry (if ever, once we got use to the place.

Edit....never mind the "mobile home" part. It was a different property we saw that had promise, but we just heard back from the realtor and it's just out of our comfort zone, price wise. So I'm pretty sure we're full ahead with the original property....
