Sorry Guys I thought I was in the Mille Lacs forum but I was looking for info on south half of the lake thanks so much.

Which way do most of the cracks run headin down tue.-wed.-thur. and bringing the wheeler to run and gun wont be traveling at night but I have been hearing alot about cracks

I was gifted a used 7" mora from a cousin that had very little use used it once and thought I would give up icefishing after that decided to change the blades and it was night and day would never get rid of it for a back up I would agree with the above that it maybe the pitch or the blades to bad it was new good though.

I have no problem seeing small jigs if I turn the sens. up and I also have had my showdown for a few years and have sent it in a few times and they are top notch in my book good luck though.

I had one made for my showdown out of alum. from a guy from a different site search marcum trensducer arm dementions and he should come up start to finish it will take a week or two but worth it IMO not sure if I can plug him on this site good luck

I have the Expedition C and the power button work off and (no pun intended) 149.00 plus shipping to fix it about 180 by the time it is fixed and if they can't fix it they still charge you 45 just called yesterday me I am moving on but good luck

Ya don't like to by used electronic but it is starting to look I need to cut my losses. With repairs and shipping I could throw in alittle extra and get new again and yes I have lakemaster not real pleased with them eather not very accurate. Thanks for the input though.

By the looks of things nothing new anymore that is a shame looks like I have to pay the 180 to get mine fixed or I'm out of luck with my 300 in cards that I have. Only problems with mine since I bought it chips are not that accurate any ways might have to call it and try sombody else unit thanks for the input though.

Anybody besides lowrance still use the SD cards anymore and not the micro's not to happy the 300.00 I have in mapping chips are going to be no good to me anymore any suggestions?

Do they support the powerhead? saw one at the ice show didnt get a chance to talk to anyone but I did not see any suppport?

Well I have fished with my Black Betty 6061 now for three days straight and yes this is my very first inline real I thought the concept was great but IMO this reel needs alot of work #1 free spool tention is pretty much non existent they say it was designed for very light lures and I've tried and small when I reel it feels like it pulses as you crank. #2 the clicker worked pretty good the other day but today with the cold (I think) it sounded pretty sick pulling line and retrieve all and all I am looking to return it and wait for the bugs to be gone because I do like the looks of this reel at least and the concept.

Sharpe blades are the ticket I have one and it is great for early ice. good luck

glad to hear that but I had $650 to spend on a few items not a $1000 for two items.

Well this post sure took a turn from not very good deals IMO to slamming vendors and custumer service which in my experience was rather good with the amount of people that were there which there were alot. Once I did make my purchases it was rather hard to get out with the hand full arm full of stuff. I guess what I was trying to get at was that with all the people that attend every year that the vendors could have probly made there money with deeper discounts and pere item I expected to pay min. of $200 on about three different items that I researched before I left home and there so called deals could not beat my home town reg. prices must be the big city I will keep it local next time but I will attend again.

I went to all the stores that had to products that I wanted and they all gave the same deal price and I mentioned the other prices and played the game and would not budge. Got home and called my local store and they beat the deal prices and that was not even a sale price. just sayin the deals were not worth it but the show was great though.

Went to the St. Paul ice Show on friday maybe to soon to get any good or outstanding deals but I traveled 270 miles for maybe some deals and 10% off did not even cover admin. or parking not to mention gas to get there. I still bought a couple things though and would probly go again. I checked my local stores when I got back and they can beat any deal that I was looking for and that is there reg. price not a sale price good thing i waited to shop local.

Ya thanks for the info. I would like to run them in the poles but I'm worried that over time it may weaken the poles from wind when set up and pushing and pulling during set up.

Looking to run wires through my otter square frame tubes and not sure if I want to drill in the frame or run wires outside and zip tie I am worried about over time that the frame will crack?

Looking to attend one of the upcoming ice shows. Am looking for some deals? Mostly a new flasher but anything that looks good. Traveling a ways so I am looking for the biggest bang for the buck.

I have the 7" mora and it works great never tried the SM or HT
