Marcum Gets another A+ for customer service

I'm so glad I made the Marcum my choice. Read the following, it all happed with my first email and put a huge smile on my face, now we just need some ice.

I bought the Marcum VX-1 two years ago and when I bought it I notices that where the cable goe's into the transducer it kinks to the side so when it sits in the water it pointed at an angle. When I first started using it I thought it was me not understanding the unit and not getting a good reading. Well this past weekend I got the chance to use my friends and noticed that his was straight and could read his small jig with less gain being used (10' water) then mine. So after some playing, bending and twisting my cable I was able to get it straight and noticed that it worked awsome but within minutes it went back to being bent and shooting at an angle. Is there anything Marcum can do for me without me having to buy a new transducer?

Mine doesn't catch fish. It will tell me when the fish are down there but it wont catch them for me?? What am I doing wrong \:\) I think the "Setting the Hook" feature is faulty?? how can I get this fixed? LOL

Love my Marcum everytime I look at a Vex I Cringe

Glad to see Marcum standing next to their product like that.
