after some serios fishing for the two days in 2 boats here is report I caught 0 my boy caught 1 wiper my brother in his boat caught 1 small trout and one small walleye and his boy caught 0
we had 4 poles out all the time in each boat we threw all we new and had at them shrimp ,crawdadtails, crawlers, mucsle, bottom bouncers, twisty tails all colors, rapalas, jigs
ect. I have just about had all i can take of the eastern colo mud holes.
there was a fishing contest(walleye) also out there, about 86 boats was in compitition,
we went and watched what came in at end of day it was pethetic most all boats that came in had 1 walleye about 14"long (many boats did not come in because they had nothing to weigh)the winner had one 3.? pound walleye and one smaller one, but like the wardens say it was a nice day to be out.(i can do that at home)

Knight:

Until this drought is over I do not think I will sniff an eastern body of water. I know some of you eastern experts will say I am stupid but I think I will hit the three(four) rivers area of Paducah, Kentucky for great warm water fishing.

Wow, I'm surprised that Sterling is fishing so poorly right now. I guess these colds snaps have really screwed things up. Maybe June will be the warm water month. (Lets hope!)
