Can anyone fish these in these contests or do you have to be in the "club"?

This is part of the LETS Metro division. It is a 6 event deal that teams signed up for before the first event back in May.

One group fished the last event just for fun. You can come along and weigh in a basket and meet some people if your interested in this for next year. I doubt they are accepting any new teams at this point (only 2 events remaining). Dennis would be the guy to contact on that ([email protected]).
