i got the Rem 870 when i was 14, i have not been nice to that gun, used it as a paddle once when i lost mine, full of mud and it never jammed! i am 37 now and that gun has never had a problem. got my first turkey with it 2 years ago, i would still be shooting it if i didnt get the Extrema 2 last year.
