Anybody having problems with the Lowrance Emulator

I am having problems with the LMS332 emulator. It is not running smoothly at all on my home or my office computers. Has anybody had any problems with Windows XP downloading it? Or is it just me? The whole emulator flashes and it is impossible to work with. Any suggestions?

I'd remove it and reinstall. I've got mine loaded on my home pc, an older system running Windows 98 and have no problems with it. But before you reinstall it, do a little clean up on your computer. Remove all the temporary internet files and then defragment your disc. Hope this helps.

I still can't get it to work. I get the entire screen flashing at the same time and the unit is expanded so half of it is off the screen. I have now de-fraged, scanned, reinstalled, but still the same result. What am I doing wrong? I have 733 mhz, Windows XP, 8 gigs of empty hard drive, 512 mb RAM. It should be working I would think.

Well, I'm stumped. I'd send an email off to Lowrance, maybe they've got someone who can offer some better assistance.
