Are the dates set yet for either Minnesota or North Dakota opener. I already have my room booked for both weekends but I need to let the hotel know for sure when I will be there so they can cancel my other weekend. Also, I heard a rumor that they were only going to let residents hunt the first week, nonresidents would have to wait for the following week.
