Bench vs Seats

I have an otter wild 1 with a bench seat in it now. It's a couple seasons old and the cushion is less than it was before. I was thinking about swapping out the bench for 2 seats but have a tough time justifying $200 for otter seats when I only paid $300 for the whole sled.

Anyone have any less expensive ways to do this?

I do not want heavy seats

I found a couple similar seats for less but not sure about the best way to make a mount for them

What type of customizations to the bench?

The two minor issues I have with my bench is accessing stuff in the tub, and I wouldn't mind trimming a bit of weight if I'm going to make changes

My Otter came with 2 poly boat seats. No bench here.

I had an Eskimo QF3 with the bench seat. I removed the bench last year and installed two boat seats on swivels. Best improvement I've made tot he house so far. The swivels added a lot of weight so keep that in mind. I think I paid $30 ea for padded boat seats (the hard plastic shell that folds up style) You should be able to mount a pair of seats right to the frame of your current bench.
