me and a buddy went out got one flat head bout 25 inchs and about 30 carp in about 7 hours of fishing

What a beautiful day out on the lake. First off I would like to thank the guys at the landing that helped us out with a bag of bait (searched a few of the bait shops in the area, no suckers). We spent 3 hours out on the lake and couldn't believe all the birds that were out there, it was amazing. Then with the nice warm weather and finding a spot that was nice and calm, what more could you ask for. Also the fishing was great, me and a buddy caught our limits and missed a few plus let a few really nice ones go. Thanks for all the advice on here and the FM get-together cool cats, without this I don't think I would now be hooked on cats ( can't wait to try for some flats and some blues).
