Just wondering if any cat people have had luck fishing the area between the Ford Dam and Highway 35E. Looking at a google map, it appears one can launch a boat just southeast of the dam, in the parks area. Have you guys caught some cats in the area? Thanks for any details you may have.

If your planning on staying out late, I'd suggest launching elsewhere as the park closes at 10:00pm. There are cats to be caught in that area though. Watergate, Cedar, or maybe even Lilydale would be some other options for launching.
