I was going to try to purchase a new blade but the part that it attaches to is gone also. The whole thing broke away from the bit. I will try to get a picture of it tonight and post on here. Thanks. -
I have an older gas auger and I somehow lost the blade on it my last time out. I am assuming that it broke off on my last hole being drilled and is in the bottom of the lake. It was a single blade on the auger bit and was a bit rusted. My question is, where does a guy find a new auger to put on this one? I am not quite sure of the brand name but I just got it running good so I do not really want to buy a whole new one. Any help would be appeciated. I am going to try to take the bit off tonight and see what kind of connection it would require.

Since these are very light, would one use a split shot above them to get them to sink or would you just be patient as they sink themselves??? I have used these for sunnies and have had pretty good luck but I would like to try them on a crappie bite also without bait.
