I have a couple Covert Code Black camera's that I bought in 2013, and they both operate on ATT's 2G network. I had placed a call into Covert to ask about an issue I was having with one of them, and after researching a bit, I found out that the 2013 models will not be operational over the network starting this year, because ATT is shutting down their 2G towers sometime this year. The 2014, and 2015 models broadcast over 3G network now, but the 2013 models only broadcasted over 2G. Just a heads up to all that may have one of the 2013 Code Black cameras, and plan on using it this fall, it may not work. Now when I called Covert with my issue with my camera, they did offer to exchange my 2013 camera for a 2015 camera for an upgrade fee of $150, and I am going to do it, but I dont think there is a exchange program they have open that just allows an exchange.
