  1. I was wondering this same thing. We are currently looking for a house in Ham Lake to Forest Lake and we were wondering how many acres of land do you need to own in order to bow hunt. I was looking at city regs. and I still can't find an answer. If anyone knows anything about Ham Lake or Forest Lake that would be great. Thanks!
  2. Thanks guys, I appreciate the info.
  3. Hi guys, I am looking for some help in where to look to join a program in order to restore spawning habitat in the metro lakes for various species. My passion for the outdoors keeps growing and I would like to preserve that for future generations by giving back. Any help would greatly appreciated. Thank you.
  4. I've been a fish biologist for the last few years and I am 100% positive that it is a mottled sculpin. They will have 4 rays on the pelvic fin. The other alien looking fish you will find out in the ocean called a lumpsucker. They're the strangest looking fish out there in my opinion haha I enjoyed all of the posts about it.
  5. I was working out in Oregon as a fisheries biologist working on commercial fishing boats and it was amazing seeing the different fish that came up from the deep. I would love to do that Alaska one too! I agree with you Drail, they are deserving of a mention haha
  6. Yeah there was some really good deals going on there. I really liked the funiture with the fishing lures sunk in there and I was impressed with the backtroller boat that was there. That guy put a lot of thought into his boats!
  7. Hi everyone, I took a trip down to the sportsmans show this year and was wondering what everyones favorite product was?
