    I would never pay for anything I can get for free... In fact, when I have make a fresh walleye for friends I always let them know they would pay $17.95 at a restaurant for it!!!

    Jeff, Looks like it will be the 1st weekend in Jan. or the 2nd weekend in Feb. Any suggestions???

    Jeff, I've had great success on Devils Lake in the summer, but have never ice fished there. A group of us are giving it a try this winter. Are there a lot of roads plowed on the lake (like LOW) making it easier to get around? We are all fired up, we need ice soon!!!!

    Matt, thanks for a very valuable post. I'll be looking for a new flasher unit this winter and don't have the time or resources to test 6 different devices to make a decision. Great Site!
