Does anyone have any good ideas for Ice fishing bets, I host a small tournament between a group of friends each year and want to make the bets a little more interesting...any ideas? Thanks

Also tried Grass this last week, but got out there late and had no luck. Apparently the pike don't bite after sundown, which we found holds true. Having a bad go at it so far this winter...hope i have a turn of luck here soon fellas! -
I have a portable propane heater that i use...i always leave one door opened at the top though for ventilation. I use a big propane tank which i attach a hose and keep the tank outside...i also invested in one of those little filters. Have had no problems and heats my house real nice!

Probably the best thing Ive done to my portable was buy two cargo nets and attach them to the ceiling supports and span it all across the top. It works great for not in use gear, coats, etc. I also drilled little hooks on the cross support members to hang rods that im not using also. Helps save space because im sure we all know how cluttered a portable can get with a few guys and all the gear we have acquired.

Went out to Lake Boyer just on the east side of Lake Park...Ice was great, a good 7-8 inches on most the north side of the lake... no luck fishing though. -

Well my old Coleman lantern finally died, instead of replacing it im looking to put rope LED lights in my portable. Any suggestions on which ones to use or what to use to power them?

Right now looking to go after some walleye, perch or crappie. Anybody ever try any lakes down by Hankinson and down by the ND/SD border? I guess im looking to explore more on the ND side, Looking for a little bit of a change up from the DL area. -
Anybody got any good lakes that are somewhat close to Fargo. Im getting the itch to get out but dont want to travel too far. Is Otter Tail area the closest or anywhere on the ND side worth while?
