Steve Foss
Hey all:I've been out of the greenhouse/plant business too long to remember specific cultivars, and I have a question. We're putting in a walk with large flat stones dug into the soil, and prefer to leave gaps of a couple inches wide and plant something in the gaps rather than put in sand or crushed stone. This is a full southern exposure, so it'll heat up plenty in summer with all that dark rock to absorb the sun.Question is, is there a moss variety that will grow in full sun in Zone 3? If not, what do you recommend for planting? It has to be very tight and low. We don't want people thinking they need to avoid stepping on the crack areas as they use the walk.
