snoozebutton,

Do you know if there are any resorts or businesses around Hayward that rent out permanent fish houses? In the past we have went to Mille Lacs and stayed in a sleeper house for the weekend, we would like to do the same thing in the Hayward area.

Do any of the Lakes around there have a night walleye bite? (rattle wheel fishing?)

Thanks for your expertise of the Hayward area.

If you would rather e-mail me that is no problem, use [email protected]

Thanks,

Cory

Thanks Cooter.

Sudhorse, I don't know of any places that rent out sleeper houses but you could call Hayward Bait and Tackle, they would know for sure if any do or not. Also, AAA Bait in Spooner has a wheel house and I think they rent that out.

As far as a night bite, Round, LCO, and Grindstone can be good at times. A friend that I work with swears by night fishing in the summer on Grindstone and I know he gets some really nice walleyes doing it.

Hope that helps.

Thanks Borch and I certainly hope so. If nothing else, I can tell people where not to go (like the lake I was on this morning.) grin

Yep that would be perfect for him ! whistle Where ever he is don't go there if you intend to catch fish. LOL.. Welcome aboard.
