Reflectix = Awesome!!!

I installed Reflectix in my Frabill Commando yesterday. It made a huge difference when heating the shelter. My buddy heater kept me warm on low while it was -2 and I was only wearing a sweatshirt and pants. You could feel the heat up by the reflectix and no condensation on the roof. I highly recommend installing it in any un-insulated shelter.

Yeah, the stuff is awesome. My only problem with it now is that I have to wear lots of clothes to stay warm on the walk out to the spot, and then when I get in the shack I have to take all the clothes off or else I'll burn up. It's definitely a problem I can live with, though.

Anyone ever put it on the ceiling of a hub?

Same question here. Thinking about cutting it into triangles to fit between the poles and attaching it to the canvas with velcro so it can be taken of before folding.

Late last year I lined the tub of my sled with some leftover reflectix. The dog seemed to appreciate it and I didn't' have big bulky blankets in the tub.

I put reflectix in my otter med cabin and it's a night and day difference. I did the same as tsande00.
