FishHawk11
A couple years ago my dad brought home some pheasant snack stix from a game farm that were very tasty. This got me thinking, everytime I bring home a bird I breast it out and throw the rest away. Now I save every leg from the birds I shoot and from the rest of the guys at our hunting farm. We ended up with 125 legs last year. I spent one afternoon pulling the thigh meat off the legs and used this meat to make my pheasant snack sticks. I was a little bit of work but well worth it. Everyone loved them.
BobT
I always keep the drums and thighs. The drums can be a pain to eat but the thighs are all meat.Bob
goblueM
I've taken to making soup out of the carcass after I breast it out. Or I smoke it whole
