hoggsback
Green box unit that works. I used it for finding depths on ice. Not sure if it shows fish tho. I would like to give it to someone who is just starting out with ice fishing. I used this unit when I first started out and had no electronics. bacon13 at gmail dot com

I found a couple online, but didn't want to pay shipping . Guess I better hurry before people catch on to their antique value!

Guess I better hurry before people catch on to their antique value! Guilty also I remember my grandpa trying to explain that thing to me when I was a young lad. It didn't make any sense at the time. Now I don't know how I would fish without a flasher!

Selmer
My dad has one of those that we haven't used in probably 10 years. It worked great for trolling and locating weed beds, marking the occasional fish. I started with it on the ice, but I couldn't pick up my jigs with it, but it definitely marked fish when set properly. The "green box" takes me back to some good times with dad! Jethro80
I also remember the days when gramps taught me how to use it. It will be in the garage as a summer back up unit till I die(Or no longer can fish)
