Green box unit that works. I used it for finding depths on ice. Not sure if it shows fish tho.

I would like to give it to someone who is just starting out with ice fishing. I used this unit when I first started out and had no electronics. bacon13 at gmail dot com

That's terrific to see someone giving the gift of ice fishing advancement. dtro-I've been looking for one for the same purpose. I found a couple online, but didn't want to pay shipping grin. Guess I better hurry before people catch on to their antique value!

Guilty also

I remember my grandpa trying to explain that thing to me when I was a young lad. It didn't make any sense at the time. Now I don't know how I would fish without a flasher!

My dad has one of those that we haven't used in probably 10 years. It worked great for trolling and locating weed beds, marking the occasional fish. I started with it on the ice, but I couldn't pick up my jigs with it, but it definitely marked fish when set properly. The "green box" takes me back to some good times with dad!
