Shack trade-in

Does anyone know of any places in the metro that deals in used shacks and will do some trading. I have a shack I want to trade in and get a new one.

I know that Woods and Waters used to buy used and even trade sometimes, but last I heard they closed up. You could always sell it here in the For Sale Forum. Then you can use the money towards a new one. Just another option.
