Who's building a simple permanent house?

I've been fishing out of a portable for several years. I plan on building a 4 X 8 permanent house for this season.

In reading lots of threads, it looks like a lot of you guys build big, fancy houses. Who builds good ol' simple 4 X 8s nowadays?

I'd like to see a thread on what works for a lightweight perm house that fits in the bed of a pickup.
