BELLS AND WHISTLES?

Just looking for some neat ideas in a permanent house. What are you guys running as far as 12v accessories, buzzers, lights, etc. post up!

My house includes Four (4) RV ceiling lights on a oake head counsel that runs the length of the house. Six (6) individual hole lights and swithes above each hole.
Five(5) 12V receptacles located throughout the house. 2 of them on kitchenette area counter.
Three (3) 110 outlets located throughout the house.
One (1) RV porch lite outside door.
One (1) RV outside lite at propane rack on tongue.
House has a 12V accessory cabinet where I mount all my electronics and are hardwired with their own curcuit.(ie) LX-3 and camera
Has a over head cabinet with a custom installed stereo, CB, and amplified TV antenna for TV.Two (2) 12V fans within house
House is road wired with RV lights in rear for legal towing.
I think that covers it !!
House is wired 110/12V through a converter. Can plug in from outside and use all 110 or it just charges the deep cell inside for 12V uses
