Fish house regulations ???

If occupied over nite can you remain on the lake ? My party of three need the house for sleeping accomodations for two days..

One guy thinks we have to leave the lake at midnite ???

Your friend is correct. The regulations say all fish houses, even portables, have to be off the ice at midnight.

That would seem to be what the regs say...any house must be off the lake by midnight, and cannot stay on the lake overnight.

You can be on the lake between one hour before sunrise and midnight.

That is the case for all lakes south of 'The Line' (Moorhead to Detroit Lakes to Walker to Duluth) as of February 29. North of that line, you can stay out all night until March 15...

That would be my interpretation...sorry.

We will be on URL for sure and possibly Winni.. So I should be within the northern range where I'm o.k. until the 15 th.
