Had the transducer go bad on mine. Sent it in on a Monday, got it back the next Monday. No complaints about that kind of service.

Iv,e had mine for about 2 weeks now use it everyday no problems yet . Did they say this was common? Anyway Ithink it's a great unit ,and it's nice to know they have promt service if needed.

My DCS charger wasn't working properly on charge. Posted the problem I was having through there web site and they replied the following day no problem... They just needed my address to send the new charger.
That's service.

Had a transfomer for the charger go bad, emailed Marcum on Friday, had the new transformer on Tuesday. WOW Love the LX3, went with buddies to Canada, had 3 LX3's and 2 FL18's. I had less interferance than ever up there with my LX3.
