Sandmannd
That's awesome Mark. I know it's hard when your folks get older, but taking them out and still making memories is best for him and you. Take it easy on his ticker a little but keep building memories.

SSSTaxidermy
That is great Mark.I try to fish as much as I can with my pops. He can't get out like he once used to due to his health. We have both come to the agreement that Ice fishing is great therapy!

boatfixer
My Dad has made it through 2 open hearts, had a pacemaker/defib put in, and will have a kidney(donated by my sister) "installed" on april 17th. I cherish every single minute hunting and fishing with him, well I should say every minute regardless of what we're doing. It's incredible, the advancements today, in improving ones life style. I know without some of the procedures my Dad has had, we would have been done doing the things we love to do together so much. My hats off to people like FFaL for the work they do. Thank You! OldBear
Thats Great. That meant so much to him and will for you in the future. Took my Grandpa 91 and Dad pushin 70 a few years ago in a boat and camped overnite. Their both gone now but how great that was the 3 generations.
