Has to be pretty bad to lose your privilege...I had fished with someone who purposely didn't have fishing license. That's also after I asked him and he said don't worry or no problem. Yep, a CO came and checked him out. I was wondering why he all of a sudden stopped fishing and was just kicking back relaxing. The CO wasn't buying it because he saw him fishing. Three of us, three fishing poles. You'd think....

wow that is really disappointing to see that many people on that list. Who knows how long the offenders have been doing what they have been doing, probably didnt get caught the first time. I think it goes back to how you are raised, its scary to think of the generations of poachers. I wonder how many boats,trucks,guns,ect... were seized. serves them right, they knew what they were doing.

I see they added someone to the list for hunting for big game, which has one letter off from my last name (people pronounce my last name like his is spelled), same first name and middle initial. At least he is located 45 minutes away and was born 5 years after me

Steven Little (don't know him, so don't ask) has 2 diff violations under big game. How many before a lifetime ban? Or does it take into consideration what they did?

Oh yeah, and a few people on there born in the 20s and 30s- figure if you are in your 70s-80s you would know better.

If they take their licenses do you think it will stop them from poaching? I'm guessing they wills still shoot deer outa season or fish. They just might look over their shoulder first. Dirty scum.

It takes a little bit of wrangling to get to where you want to go but most of you can probably figure it out. Info should be good for most stuff that is less than 2 years old. Not all counties are hooked up yet according to the info I have.

Ah yes - you are right - just being banned likely means they will still fish or hunt or trap. It sucks that there are people that don't follow the rules.
