I have seen the posts before, so when I went to the license bureau to renew my truck tabs I asked the girl working about having to license my homemade wheelhouse. She gave me a form and told me to fill in "homemade" for manufacturer, "2008" for year it was made, and "fishhouse" for model. Then she told me to write for the explanation; "built wheelhouse and now the state is making me license it". Since it is under 3000 lbs I was able to get the lifetime license. $66.00 later it was a quickly done deal.
