strikelite and nils question

I was just wondering if anyone has mated up the 4 stroke powerhead with the nils auger bit? I was thinking of just ordering one of the Nils hand augers and using the bit. I have never even seen a nils out on the ice here in michigan so I havn't been able to check it out firsthand. I really like the 4 stroke motor, just not very fond of the plastic auger. Thanks

It would work, but it would still be very slow. The strike-lite spins at 165 rpm and the nils motor spins at 450 rpm.
